Manufacturer information
Manual production requires numerous forging processes, which give the gongs their particularly robust appearance. Only these tested and thoroughly listened-to gongs receive the Premium seal. The Classic quality is the affordable alternative. These gongs were not individually selected and/or do not fully meet the high standards for Premium quality, but are still of very good quality.
Information from the shop operator (basic information about Feng Gongs)
Gongs are among the oldest and most important musical instruments in Southeast Asia. They come in various designs and sizes.
The Chinese Feng Gong, often called a Fen or Wind Gong, is a nearly flat, rimless disc made of a polished bronze alloy and slightly curved. This design produces deep sounds when lightly struck, and powerful and energizing sounds when struck hard, spreading vibrantly from the inside out.
It can be played on both sides, and the smaller sizes, up to 55 cm in diameter, can also be comfortably held in the hand. They are valuable companions in sound work, sound therapy, and sound massage.
Feng Gongs are particularly suitable for:
• Releasing blockages in the body
• in aura work (loosening the aura, aura painting)
• Harmonising and strengthening the spine
• Promoting blood circulation
• Energising
• Providing a safe sound protection spaceAll gongs come with a wrapped cotton mallet.
The gongs each have two holes and are provided with a cord for hanging.
